Car Status

The Car Status Tags in the Car Index is aimed at improving car management and visibility. They make it easier to track the status of your cars with clearer and more descriptive tags. Below is a summary of the different tags:

• Incomplete:

  This tag indicates that certain steps necessary for publishing the car listing are missing. For example, you may need to add pictures or add access instructions before the car can be listed.

• Pending:

  Your listing steps are fully completed, but Getaround's final validation is still in progress.

• Active:

  This tag shows that the car is live and visible in search results, ready to be rented by drivers.

• Snoozed:

  If you have temporarily deactivated a car, this tag will appear. The car won't be visible to drivers until it is reactivated.

• Blocked:

  This tag shows when a car is restricted due to certain conditions. To improve visibility, Blocked cars are now displayed at the top of the Car Index.

• Ready to publish: This tag appears when all checklist items are complete, and the car is ready to be published in the marketplace.
