Dear Getaround Support, I dispute both additional charges.
The car was not delivered very clean. As the check-in procedure was in Norwegian, we asked Stanley for help, and he told us to mark the car as “very clean,” which we did following his instructions.
After the rental, he charged us a cleaning fee based on a blurry photo showing only a few grains of sand on the rear seats, easily removable by hand. Today we were also charged for alleged tolls, but we did not use any toll roads or pass any toll gates. Stanley had also told us that any tolls would already be included. We therefore request a full refund of both charges. If the toll charge is valid, please provide official proof of the alleged tolls.

Respectfully, this is nonsense. I told the customer to mark the cleanliness as they saw fit and then intentionally looked away so they didn't feel pressured to answer in any particular way. I always wash the outside of the car and vacuum and wipe down the inside before a rental. I have a proven track record of delivering the car clean, most customers likewise vacuum the inside of the car before returning it as per the getaround terms and conditions. In sixty rentals I have only charged a cleaning fee a few times.
As for tolls, the customer was informed that tolls and ferry fees were automatically invoiced to the car by automatic sensors and that they would receive a separate invoice after the rental. This is a standard practice for all rental agencies in Norway. The notion that they drove over a thousand kilometers without going through a toll gate is particularly preposterous considering it is impossible to drive off of Tromsøya without passing through a toll gate.
