We had a great experience renting this car. Communication with the owner was easy and smooth from the beginning, very responsive and helpful.
The car itself was spacious, comfortable, and easy to drive. The heated steering wheel was a big plus, especially in the cold weather, and the car felt very stable and safe on the road even without 4WD.
As first-time users of Getaround, we really appreciated that the owner took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process simple and stress-free.
There were a few personal items left in the car from the owner, but it didn’t affect us.
Overall, a very positive experience — we would definitely rent again!
