No interior or exterior preparation had been done. The backseat had dirt, and the entire car was covered in snow even though the owner knew exactly when we were arriving. I had to clear the snow myself with a brush, which made pickup slow and unnecessarily difficult.
Hello. im sorry you had a bad experience renting my car. There was heavy snowfall before you arrived to pick up the car, as it often is in Tromsø this time of year. Even though my wife offered to help clean the snow of the car i can see that you didnt think that was good enough.
