If the car is returned with traces of smoke or pet hair, an additional fee for professional deep cleaning will be charged. The car must be returned to the exact same airport parking location, and the keys must be securely locked back in the car handle lockbox.

La location s'est très bien passé. La voiture est fiable, peu de kilomètres au compteur. Il y a un porte téléphone et un câble usb qui m'a permis de me guider avec mon téléphone et de le recharger. Très pratique. La seule chose qui m'a un peu perturbé c'est d'avoir eu à laver et aspirer la voiture avant de la rendre, elle n'était pas très sale mais pas nickel non plus. Habituellement je rend les voitures sans y faire le ménage mais peut-être qu'avec getaround maintenant il faut le soit même... Ça fait longtemps que je n'étais pas passée par l'application peut-être que maintenant ça n'est plus inclus (je parle d'un nettoyage avec usage normal).
Unfortunatly we lost a day because of a flat tire, and the owner charged us a 30€ on top of the rent for cleaning. A gesture would have been nice, at least to compensate the fact that I went to change the tires I did all the work and on top of that I lost my day of vacation.
A very clean and decent car in a really good condition and not much of a mileage despite the production year. The only thing to keep in mind is that the electronics are also from 2014 – no CarPlay or modem USB sockets (there’s a cable USB-A-to-USB-C in the glove box, though).
