2.5 hours into the drive to our hike, the car overheated and broke down and we had to cancel the rest of our trip. owner was available and responsive and tried to be accommodating. hopefully he fixes the car
getaround’s roadside assistance experience was horrible. the 3 of us waited on the shoulder of the busy autobahn without water (which had we poured into the engine as instructed by the owner) for over FIVE HOURS before the tow truck finally arrived. however, this part was getaround’s failing, not the owner
