Es war bereits meine dritte Anmietung bei Humberto.
Wir hatten leider einen Unfall und hoffen, das die Versicherung die Kosten für die Reparatur übernimmt.
Die Kommunikation mit GETAROUND war und ist noch immer eine Katastrophe. Keine Erreichbarkeit trotz Versprechen 24/7.
Kein Ersatzauto.
Keine Mailadresse zu finden.
Völlig unübersichtliche Internetseite mit unverständlichen Hinweisen zu einer Schadensmeldung.
Da kann aber Humberto nichts für.
Für Humberto 5 Sterne
Für Getaround mindestens 5 Sterne Abzug.
Es sind über 3 Tage vergangen seit dem Unfall und der Unfallmeldung. Getaround meldet sich einfach nicht.
Ich werde einen Anwalt einschalten.
